Douglas has spent the duration of his 23-year architectural career at McDowell & Associates. Throughout this time, samples of his work for M&A have been featured in Best Home Alberta and Opulence Magazines.
Douglas has developed strong relationships with local planning authorities; of benefit when navigating bylaws and the permitting process. His experience with current building practices, structural design requirements, building envelope science, and energy code standards ensures a seamless progression through the approvals process. .
When not at work, Douglas is an avid sports fan, a developing pickleball player, and a global tourist.
